  • 1 can
    corned beef hash
  • 1
    egg
  • Splash of
    milk(to scramble egg)
  • Sprinkle
    layer of cheddar cheese
  • 2
    burrito shells

How To Make corned beef hash egg cheese quesadilla

  • 1
    Place 1 burrito shell on plate the size of shell large dinner plate that's microwave safe
  • Burrito shell corned beef hash

    Add corned beef potato hash in layer
  • Layer cheddar cheese on corn beef hash

    Add layer of cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Egg,Milk

    Add 1 Egg,splash of milk enough to scramble whisk or stir with a fork until combined
  • Egg added over all ingredients

    Pour Egg mixture over the corned beef potato hash and cheddar cheese
  • Burrito shell place on top

    Cover with second burrito shell
