These ARE a SUPER HIT with the Grandchildren and ME(Grandma) The original recipe came from Allrecipes.com (of course I tweeked it alittle to our personal taste!)

Ingredients For corn dog muffins

2(8.5 ounce) packages cornbread mix
-
2eggs
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
-
9turkey or pork&beef hot dogs

dashonion powder
How To Make corn dog muffins

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease muffins tins or can use paper muffin cup liners.

2Stir together the cornbread mix and onion powder in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold the eggs and cheese into the dry mixture until moistened. Spoon mixture into the muffin tins until 2/3 full. Add 1 HOT DOG HALF to each muffin or/ DICE the hot dogs up and sink down into the batter!

3Bake in the preheated oven 14-15 min. until golden brown! Grankids love theirs with KETCHUP I LOVE them with mustard!!!! :-) YUMMY!!!
