Ingredients For corn bread dressing

8 ccorn bread no salt

1/2 lgonion, chopped

1 1/2 ccelery chopped

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
5eggs
-
add black pepper for taste

just a touch of celery salt

2 smcans of sage( add to your taste)

1 lgbox of chicken broth
How To Make corn bread dressing

1Make lg pan of Corn Bread 1 day before and let set out to dry. Look at my Corn Bread recipe

2Put all vegetables in Pan and Brown before adding to mix

3Mix all ingredients with enough chicken broth to make medium batter. Do not add salt Broth has enough in it.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until brown. One time during cooking take from stove and turn mix over. Cook until brown on top or until mix is not doughy
