Ingredients For company ham skillet

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 2 c
    cooked ham, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tsp
    flour
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    8-oz. mushrooms, sliced

How To Make company ham skillet

  • 1
    Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and ham. Saute' until onions are tender. Sprinkle the flour over the ham mixture, stir to blend. In a small bowl stir soup until smooth, then blend into the ham mixture. Cook over medium heat for just a few minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in the sour cream, add mushrooms. Heat through but DO NOT BOIL.
