chinese fried quinoa
1 tablespoon soy sauce is a little so season to taste with it. There is no salt added to this recipe it all comes from the sauce sauce. I usually just add at the end and keep tasting it until it's how I like it.

2-3 ccooked quinoa

1 smonion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

2carrots peeled and sliced

1/2 cfrozen peas

2 cansliced water chestnuts

3eggs, beaten

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 1/2 ccooked shredded chicken
How To Make chinese fried quinoa

1Heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.

2Add carrots and peas. Cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Move to side of pan.

3Add egg. Fry, cutting into small pieces. Mix all together.

4Add quinoa and cooked chicken. Stir.

5Add soy sauce. Stir. Heat through.
