1 lbground beef

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of chicken soup

1med.onion, chopped
-
1 cdiced celery
-
1/2 craw rice
-
2 cwater
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
dashof pepper
-
chow mein noodles
How To Make chinese-american casserole

1Saute onion and ground beef til meat no longer pink.Drain

2Add soups, celery, rice, water, soy sauce and pepper.stir together

3Pour into greased, deep casserole dish and cover.Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.Remove from oven

4Stir, then serve over Chow mein noodles (or it can be served over steamed rice for those not caring for chow mein noodles) Approx. 6 servings
