These are very good, especially if short on time, or you do not feel like cooking a meal with all the trimmings. These are sooooo... good with salad, or your favorite chips, or french fries that can be nuked "micro-waved."

14 oz can chopped green chilies, drained

6slices bread, your choice of bread

3slices monterey jack cheese

2eggs
-
1 cupmilk

butter and salsa
How To Make chile rellenos sandwiches

1Mash chilies with fork, spread on three slices of bread.

2Top with cheese and slice of bread. In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk.

3Dip the sandwiches, fry in butter or oil in large skillet till golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.
