200 gnoodles

1 mdchicken breast

2 lgegg

1 tspred chilly sauce

1/2 tspsoya sauce

1 tspwhite pepper powder

1/3 tspsalt

1 ccabbage shredded

1/4 ccarrot julienne

1/4 ccapsicum julienne

1/4 conion slices

1/3 cgreen spring onions

1/4 cbell pepper

3 Tbspcooking oil

1 tspchopped garlic
How To Make chicken hakka noodles

1First boil the chicken breast and shredded. Next boil the noodles as per the direction given in the packet.

2Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add the whisked eggs. Scramble them nicely and remove.

3Heat 1 teaspoon oil and fry the chopped garlic till ligh brown.

4Add onion slices, bell pepper and capsicum. Fry them on high heat flame for 30 seconds.

5Add cabbage and carrot and mix nicely.

6Add the scrambled eggs and shredded chicken with the vegetables.

7Add red chilly and soya sauce. Give everything a good mix over medium high heat flame.

8Now add the boiled noodles and spring onions.

9Add salt and pepper powder and mix them nicely. Stir fry them for 1 minute.

10Taste the seasoning and remove the noodles to serve hot.
