Ingredients For cheesy sausage quiche

  • 12
    pork sausage links
  • 1/2 c
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1
    deep dish pie shell
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make cheesy sausage quiche

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In med. skillet fry sausage until done. Drain,reserve 2 Tblsp.fat. Saute onion & green pepper in fat about 3 min. Slice sausage

    Combine cheese & flour. Stir in sausage with green peppers & onions. Spread in pie shell.

    Mix remaining ingredients & pour into shell.

    Bake on cookie sheet 35 to 40 min. until browned & filling is set. Enjoy!!!
