2 sliceof thick bacon, diced

1 cevaporated milk

3 Tbspall-purpose flour

3 Tbspdry ranch seasoning

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make cheeseburger pie

1Preheat oven to 350 ℉

2Use a 9-inch deep pie dish, place the crust in the dish, and then place it on a baking sheet pan for easy handling.

3In a large non-stick sauté pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef, diced bacon, and onions to pan; let brown for 5-7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, or until no pink remains.

4Drain meat, set aside, and let cool.

5Whisk eggs, milk, flour, and ranch seasonings in a large bowl until blended. Stir in meat and cheese, then spoon into pie crust.

6Place the pie into the oven and let bake for about 30 - 40 minutes or until the center of the pie is set. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool. Then ready to serve with a nice green salad as a side dish.
