1 cswiss cheese, grated

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspwhite pepper

How To Make cheese fondue

1Beat eggs without separating, when light add cheese, salt, white pepper and butter.

2Cook over a double boiler until cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and as thick as a custard.

3Serve this poured over hot buttered toast; serve at once.
