Ingredients For cauliflower shawarma

1head cauliflower

3 Tbspolive oil

1 tspeach ground coriander, cumin and paprika

salt and pepper

1/2lemon
-
1/2 ccilantro chopped
- YOGURT SAUCE

1/4 ctahini
-
1/2 cyogurt plain full fat

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 clovegarlic minced

salt and pepper

romaine lettuce leaves for serving.
How To Make cauliflower shawarma

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Break the cauliflower into florets. Place the cauliflower in a bowl and add the oil, coriander, cumin, paprika and salt and pepper

2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the cauliflower in a single layer onto the paper. Roast for 30 minutes stiring to roast evenly.

3Meanwhile make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.

4When the cauliflower is done squeeze the 1/2 lemon over top and sprinkle with cilantro. Spoon into the lettuce leaves and top with sauce.
