Ingredients For cathys rice a roni and chicken casserole

2 boxherb butter rice a roni

1 pkgchicken noodle soup

1/2 corzo pasta
-
1 canmushrooms
-
1/2 pkgfrozen veggies (carrots, celery, onion)

1/4 cleeks (optional to sautee or put in raw)
-
1 smshallot (optional to sautee or put in raw) or handful of dried shallots
-
1 canwater chestnuts
-
1 smonion (optional to sautee or put in raw) or handful of dried onions

2 ccooked chicken diced
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 1/2 canmilk of your choic

1 1/2 canwater
How To Make cathys rice a roni and chicken casserole

1Preheat oven 375

2Spray a baking dish (9x13) and add everything except cream of mushroom and milk and water.

3Mix everything well.

4Add cream of mushroom on top and spread it evenly over the top.

5Add 1 1/2 cans of your choice milk. Add 1 1/2 cans water

6You can add some shredded cheese if you'd like or leave it off...
