Over the years I've robbed from one recipe and deleted from another. I think this one is pretty good. Be aware that I don't care for kidney or pinto beans...so I use what I like! My brother drives to my house when he hears that I've made this dish!

Ingredients For carmen's chili

2 lbsground meat, i use half beef half hot sausage

2 lgonions, diced

1 lggreen pepper
-
5-6jalapeno peppers, dice
-
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 lgcans crushed tomatoes

1 canblack beans
-
1 cangreat northern beans (cannelini)

1 lgbaked beans (optional)

2 Tbspbrown sugar, molasses, cocoa, minced garlic, cayenne pepper (each)

2 tspchili powder, cajun spice, celery salt, cumin, celtic sea salt
How To Make carmen's chili

1Saute onions and peppers in EVOO, add meat and brown, add all of the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours.
