1 pkg(9.5 oz.) morningstar farms® garden veggie patties® veggie burgers

3 csliced zucchini

1/2 cchopped onion

1 Tbspolive oil

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 tspchili powder
-
1 can(4 1/2 oz.) chopped green chilies

2 ccooked rice
-
1/2 creduced fat sour cream
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese, divided

1 lgtomato, thinly sliced

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make california zucchini bake- low fat

1In large frying pan, saute MORNINGSTAR FARMS GARDEN VEGGIE PATTIES, zucchini, and onions in oil. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, garlic powder, chili powder, chilies, rice, sour cream, and 1/2 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese. Place in shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Do not cover.

2Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately.
