Ingredients For cabbage lasagna

  • 1 small to medium head of cabbage,cooked
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 oz can v-8 juice
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)
  • 4 oz mozz. cheese
  • 1 tbsp parmesan or roman cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning,parsley,garlic powder
  • 1 lb.ground turkey

How To Make cabbage lasagna

  • 1
    Simmer v-8 ,onions,seasoning,parsley,garlic powder. Brown turkey. Cook cabbage. Mix in ricotta cheese with turkey. Layer cabbage leaves like you would when you layer the noodles except you are using cabbage leaves;Put mixture between layers. Place mozz cheese on top. Cook in oven at 350* for about 1 hour.
