Ingredients For burr street chili con carne

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion, diced
  • 15 oz
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 can
    red kidney beans, drained
  • 2 can
    tomato soup
  • 4 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, sliced
  • sour cream for topping
  • shredded cheddar cheese for topping

How To Make burr street chili con carne

    Put all ingredients into a large heavy skillet and simmer until thick. Garnish with green table onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream. You can eat this on a plate or use it as an appetizer with tortilla chips or corn chips.
