bunkhouse beans
(5 ratings)
My mom found the original version of this recipe in a cooking magazine when I was in high school. It has always been a favorite of my entire family, and--over the years--I have amended the recipe to my personal tastes, and made it more simple by using a crock pot. The wonderful part of this recipe is that it is so effortless and tastes and feels great on a cold day! Also great as an easy meal for breakfast:)

Who's ready for a cookout?! These beans are killer and the perfect pick for your next picnic. We used Kielbasa and wouldn't have changed a thing.
