I combined two old recipes to make these they came out tender and flavorful:)

Ingredients For broiled ginger lamb chops

2 Tbspsalad oil

1 1/2 tspground ginger

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspdijon style mustard

1 tspdried thyme leaves
-
1 tsppepper
-
6lamb loin chops
How To Make broiled ginger lamb chops

1preheat broiler then mix all ingredients except chops in small mixing bowl.

2brush chops with mustard mixture place chops on greased or (nonstick olive oil) broiler pan

3broil 6 to 7 minutes, turn and brush other side and broil another 6 to 7 minutes. this takes about a total of 16 minutes depending on chop size. I broiled them one more minute each side and had put broth and water in underneath of broiler pan. they came out moist and tender and flavorful

4put a teaspoon of mint jelly on top of each chop while still hot or put mint jelly on side for dipping
