Ingredients For broiled ginger lamb chops

  • 2 Tbsp
    salad oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon style mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 6
    lamb loin chops

How To Make broiled ginger lamb chops

  • 1
    preheat broiler then mix all ingredients except chops in small mixing bowl.

    brush chops with mustard mixture place chops on greased or (nonstick olive oil) broiler pan
  • 3
    broil 6 to 7 minutes, turn and brush other side and broil another 6 to 7 minutes. this takes about a total of 16 minutes depending on chop size. I broiled them one more minute each side and had put broth and water in underneath of broiler pan. they came out moist and tender and flavorful

    put a teaspoon of mint jelly on top of each chop while still hot or put mint jelly on side for dipping
