Ingredients For broccoli quiche

2premade pie shells, not deep dish

10 ozpackage fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1/3 lbswiss cheese, shredded

1 1/2 chalf and half
-
5eggs
-
1 1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
How To Make broccoli quiche

1Oven to 400 degrees. Steam broccoli 15 min, drain on paper towels. Beat eggs. Add half and half, salt, and pepper. Crumble and divide the broccoli into 2 pie plates. Top with swiss cheese, pour egg mixture over, but not too full. Bake 20-25 min or until knife comes clean.
