Ingredients For briemato bacon and chips sammie on sourdough

2 slicesourdough bread, we like 5 grain

24squirts parkay spray margarine in a bottle, 12 per slice of bread

6 mdfresh sweet basil leaves optional

3 ozbrie, sliced into 4 or 5 slices

4 slicefresh tomato

2 slicepepper bacon, regular will do in a pinch

6 slicepickled pepper rings

1 Tbsppotato chips, crushed

2 tspcreamy caesar dressing
How To Make briemato bacon and chips sammie on sourdough

1Fry bacon crispy, drain on paper towels.

2Squirt sourdough bread on with parkay on one side.You could use butter for this if you prefer.

3On one unbuttered side arrange sweet basil leaves over bread.

4Slice the Brie, and arrange over the basil.

5Slice tomato and arrange over Brie.

6Break bacon in half and arrange over tomato.

7Put pepper rings, then chips on next.

8Drizzle desired amount of dressing over all.

9Pre heat grill to med low and grill sammie.

10If you have a metal bowl they are great for covering sandwiches.
