Brenda got this recipe out of a magazine while at the doctor's office...She always carried her BIG purse to take home ALOT of magazine with recipes in them, LOL OPTIONAL: This recipe can be doubled if desired.

Ingredients For chili

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    (1.25 oz) chili seasoning
  • 1 can
    pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can
    (15 oz) hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chili

    In a large skillet or large pot - Cook ground beef until crumbled and no longer pink; drain liquid
  • 2
    Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce and beans
  • 3
    Bring to a boil

    Reduce heat and cover
  • 5
    Simmer for 10 minutes

    Sprinkle with cheese
