1 lbdried pinto beans

5 qthomemade tomatoes, un-drained

1 qthomemade tomato juice

1 (6-oz) cantomato paste

1 cwater

3 tspbeef granules

3 lgyellow onions, chopped

8 to 10 Tbspchili powder

2 Tbspground cumin
-
1 1/2 Tbsporegano, dried

4 to 5 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbsplime juice

1 1/2 Tbspsalt

1 Tbspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspground sweet paprika

2 to 3 tspred pepper flakes

1 to 2 mdjalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)
How To Make bob's homemade chili

1Brown beef, in a large pot, with onions and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Cook pinto beans about halfway, drained. Put cooked beef, onions and garlic in a 5 gallon pot or larger. Place pot on burner or outside fire pit. Add remaining ingredients except beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for about 1 hour, add pinto beans and continue to simmer about 2 hours longer or until you reach consistency you want.
