black bean nachos
I came up with this recipe several years ago. Just played around with different items. We Love black beans for extra fiber and nutrition.

Ingredients For black bean nachos
- MIX THE FOLLOWING TOGETHER AND HEAT IN MICROWAVE

1/2 cblack beans (rinsed)

1 ccooked hamburger
-
1 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
- SLICE GREEN ONIONS, BLACK OLIVES AND ROMA TOMATO

sliceblack olives
-
2 mdgreen onions (sliced)
-
1 mdroma tomato (cut in pieces)

1/2 ctex mex cheese (shredded)
-
tostitos (round shaped ones)
How To Make black bean nachos

1Mix Black beans, cooked hamburger and taco seasoning in microwave proof bowl and heat for a minute or two.

2Sprinkle Tostitos on plate. Spoon on Black bean mixture.

3Place black olives, green onions and tomato on top of the mixture on plate.

4Sprinkle the desired cheese on top and microwave until the cheese is completely melted.

5We also sprinkle a little Mexican seasoning on before eating. Also use jarred jalapeño peppers for added flavor. Also spoon some chunky salsa on for added flavor.
