I was looking for a way to use flakey biscuits I had in the fridge. While looking through one of my many cookbooks, I came across a recipe using the biscuits for a tostada. I decided to try it for a pizza crust and it came out really good.

Ingredients For biscuit pizza

can of flakey biscuits

1 small onion sauted in olive oil

4 tblsp pizza sauce

4 oz shredded mozzerella
How To Make biscuit pizza

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Spray small sheet pan with pan spray. Take biscuits out of tube and flatten on pan and try to push together to form bottom crust.

3Spread sauce on crust. Add onions and cheese.

4Place in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
