One of my favorites sandwiches actually comes from a neighbor. And she actually wrote down the recipe in the winter months! But I cook it several times during the summer, too.

Ingredients For beef stroganoff sandwich

2 lbground beef
-
1/2 conion, chopped
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 mdfrench bread loaf,cut in half length wise and buttered

2 csour cream
-
2medium sized tomatoes,chopped into bite sized pieces
-
2green pepper,chopped into bite sized pieces
-
3 cof mixed shredded cheese (your choice)
How To Make beef stroganoff sandwich

1Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Add salt and garlic powder. Remove the meat mixture from the heat after it is cooked thoroughly and add the sour cream. Blend well. Lay the bread onto a baking sheet and top both halves with the meat mixture. Sprinkle the tomato and green pepper on top of the meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at in a preheated oven at 350F for about20 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey.
