How To Make beck's home made pizza pie
-
1Divide your loaf in half- let rise about an hour. Then roll out 1/2 to about 1/4 in. thick- lay in a 9x13 pan -push it up the sides of pan. Put pan in a 350 degree oven for appr. 15 min, you want the crust just done- not over done- it will bubble up, just pop the bubbles with a knife.
-
2Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, season salt- drain, and set aside. Brown the sausage, drain and set aside. Dice your onions (what ever thickness you desire) while your meat is browning.
-
3Put enough pizza sauce to cover the bottom of crust, then a thin layer of ground beef, then a layer of swiss (I get the sliced and just cover the whole pan 1 layer thick of cheese),another layer of sauce, then put your sausage, then a layer of montery jack, then a layer of mushrooms,a little more sauce, then a mixture of the onions, then mozzerella, you can roll out your 2nd crust and put it on top (make this crust a little thinner)or stop here and use the other dough for a 2nd pizza- either way is super yummy!-
-
4Put into a 350 degree oven for at least 30 min. until top crust is done- or it is well heated through if you don't use the top crust, then add a little more mozzerella now that it has cooked down then cook an additional 10 min. or until cheese is melted and bubbly- let sit about 10 min. then cut into squares and serve!

5My youngest son and I aren't into the onions and mushrooms, so we make our own without them- we just use extra cheese and add pepperoni!
