Ingredients For beans & greens hot pot

    16 ounce turkey kielbasa sausage, cut into coins
  • 1 Tbsp
    salted butter
  • 1
    14.5 ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2
    15.5 ounce cans cannellini beans (undrained)
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 4 c
    loosely packed fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese

How To Make beans & greens hot pot

  • 1
    Melt butter in a skillet. Add the sausage and brown on high heat.

    Add the roasted tomatoes, sugar, beans, basil, and salt and pepper.

    Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
  • 4
    Add the fresh spinach and remove from heat.
  • 5
    Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
