Ingredients For beans & franks with mashed potatoes & cheese

    potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 15 oz
    can pork and beans
  • 4
    hot dogs cut into slices

How To Make beans & franks with mashed potatoes & cheese

    In a medium pot add water and some salt. Cook the potatoes until soft. Drain and stir int the butter, dry mustard, salt and pepper. if too dry add a little milk. Set aside.

    Preheat oven 425 degrees. Mix the hotdogs with the beans. Place in bottom of baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes then cheese.

    Bake 15 minutes.
