Ingredients For bavarian sausage supper

  • 2 c
    coleslaw mix
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margerine
  • 2 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 lb
    package of cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 pkg
    (4 1/2 oz.) package of (quick cooking noodles and sour cream & chive sauce mix)
  • 1/2 tsp
    caraway seeds (optional)

How To Make bavarian sausage supper

  • 1
    In a skillet, saute coleslaw mix and carrots in butter until crisp tender.

    Add water; bring to a boil.
  • 3
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 4
    Return to a boil; cook for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stirring occasionally. Recipe yields 5 servings.
