Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot
Ingredients For barbecued wild ducks

8 - 10ducks

1 stickbutter
-
1 bottle(20 oz.) ketchup
-
juice of 2 lemons

2 Tbspvinegar
-
1 Tbspprepared mustard
-
2 1/2 cchopped tomatoes (may use canned)

1 can(10 3/4 oz.) mushrooms
-
4celery ribs, chopped
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 dashhot sauce
How To Make barbecued wild ducks

1Parboil and cook duck breasts in pressure cooker until tender.

2Skin, debone, and set aside.

3Combine remaining ingredients; simmer slowly 2 hours to make sauce; add hot sauce.

4Add duck pieces.

5Great with wild rice.
