1 Tbsppeanut oil

12lamb loin chops trimmed

2 smbrown onions sliced thinly

1/2 cpeanut butter, crunchy

1/4 csweet chile sauce

2 Tbsplemon juice

2/3 ccoconut milk, unsweetened

3/4 cwater

2 Tbspfresh coriander (cilantro)

How To Make balinese lamb chops

1Heat oil in large frying pan; cook lamb until browned and cooked as desired.

2Remove lamb from pan; drain excess fat from pan. Add onion to pan; cook stirring until browned.

3Add peanut butter, chile sauce, lemon juice, and combined coconut milk and water, cook, stirring, until sauce thickens slightly. Return lamb to pan, coat with sauce. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
