Ingredients For baked potato pizza

  • 1 pkg
    6.5 oz. pizza crust mix
  • 3
    medium potatoes, baked and cooled
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make baked potato pizza

  • 1
    Prepare crust according to pkg. directions. Press dough into lightly greased 14 inch pizza pan, build up edges slightly. Bake at 400 for 5 to 6 min. or until crust is firm and begins to brown. Cut potatoes into cubes. In bowl combine butter, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Add potatoes and toss. Spread sour cream over crust, top with potato mixture, bacon, onions, and cheeses. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 min.
