Ingredients For baked liver

  • 2
    onions, diced
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    dry red wine
  • 1/2 c
    parsely, chopped
  • 1
    bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 can
    water
  • 6 slice
    liver
  • 1/2 c
    flour

How To Make baked liver

  • 1
    Set oven at 350 degress. Greese a baking dish. Put onions in pan, dot with maragrine. Add wine, parsley, bay leaf, and thyme, salt and pepper, and water. Cover pan with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Coat liver with flour. Arrange on onion mixture. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes.
