How To Make artichoke burrito

1Chop artichoke bottoms into 1/2 inch square pieces. Sauté in olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, and cumin. About 5-10 minutes until heated thru

2Put retried beans, and rice together with green chilies and a little salsa and heat thru Annan 5-10 minutes

3Heat flour tortilla ina a skillet, comas, or microwave

4Build your burrito, I added bean/rice mix, artichoke, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, 4 cheese Mexican blend, and some chipotle in adobo because I like the heat
