- MARINADE

2 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce

1 Tbspsesame oil

1/2 Tbspponzu sauce

1/2 Tbsphoney

1/2 Tbspginger, minced

1 tspsriracha sauce

2 lggreen onions, sliced

1 lbsushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed into 1/2-inch
- SPICY MAYO
-
1/3 ckewpie mayo
-
1 tspsriracha sauce, or to taste
- BOWL
-
4 csushi rice, cooked
-
1 lgavocado, stone removed, peeled and diced
-
1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice (substitute lime)

1/3 cradishes, quartered
-
1 ccucumber, peeled and diced
-
1 cedamame, shelled
-
1/4 cpickled ginger
-
2 Tbspfurikake seasonings
-
1 Tbspsesame seeds, toasted
-
1/2 cgreen onions, sliced
How To Make ahi tuna poke bowl

1In a medium bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, ponzu sauce, honey, ginger and sriracha. Whisk until blended.

2Add green onions and tuna cubes; gently toss. Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill for 45 to 60 minutes.

3In a small bowl, add kewpie mayo and sriracha to taste; stir until smooth and set aside.

4In a small bowl, combine avocado and lemon juice; toss to coat and set aside.

5To assemble the dish, add sushi rice and top with marinated tuna, Add avocado cubes, radishes, cucumber, edamame and pickled ginger.

6Sprinkle on some furikake, sesame seeds and top with green onions. Serve immediately.
