I was hungry for a pizza but didn't want the regular pepperoni and red sauce type so I looked in the frig and this is what I came up with. But my poor pizza has no name. It did have lots of flavor and was very good. My husband didn't want to stop eating it! I had 2 pieces left and it was just the 2 of us! Needless to say he finished it off at breakfast and told me not to forget how to make it! Unreal as he is the one that does that I on the other hand take notes!

How To Make a pizza without a name!

I followed the directions on the back of the tube which was to place the dough on a greased cookie sheet either non stick or dark and bake in the oven at 400° for 5 minutes.

While the dough is baking, boil the asparagus in water for 3 minutes and then emerge in a bowl of ice water, remove drain.

Cut the rest of your veggies. I cut my bell pepper into strips. The rest I just chopped. For the prosciutto I took each slice and cut it lenghthwise and then cut those two strips into 1/2 inch slices. Set aside.

After the dough has baked for 5 minutes cover it with 1/2 jar of the alfredo sauce, sprinkle with garlic powder and dried basil, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, and top that with your veggies and then the prsciutto. I then added more sauce by sprinkling it over the veggies about 1/4 to 1/2 cup more.

Bake the pizza for about 7 minutes and then add the rest of your mozzarella cheese and baked until the crust was nice and golden around the edges. Allow the pizza to rest for a few minutes before removing it from the cookie sheet onto a cutting board. Slice and Enjoy!
