2-1/4 lbground beef chuck

8 ozfrench onion au jus (concentrated sauce)

1 Tbspcocoa

14 1/2 ozpetite diced tomatoes

16 oztomato sauce

2 Tbspchili powder

1 tspground cumin

1 tspsmoked paprika

1 tspsea salt

1 cstore bought salsa - mild

1 Tbspminced jalapenos

1 cwater
-
12 ozcoca cola
-
30 ozchili beans

0garnish: shredded cheese, sour cream
How To Make throw down roundup chili

1In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Using potato masher, break beef into small pieces while it is browning. When brown, drain all the grease.

2Add the remaining ingredients mixing well.

3Cook over medium heat for one hour stirring occasionally.

4Serve in heated bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
