Ingredients For tex mex casserole

2 boxvelveeta shells and cheese

1 canrotel tomatoes and chilis

1 canblack beans, drained

1 canfiesta corn, drained

1 1/2 lbground turkey or ground hamburger

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
1 csalsa, chunky
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 smonion, chopped

2 cmexican cheese, shredded
How To Make tex mex casserole

1in frying pan, brown meat with onions and garlic. Drain. While cooking meat, prepare Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to directions. When meat is fully cooked, add seasoning mix and stir blending well. Then add Rotel, black beans, corn, salsa. Heat mixture thoroughly. When heated thoroughly mix shells and cheese and meat mixture together. Add 2 cups of shredded mexican cheese and stir well. ENJOY!!
