Ingredients For taco soup

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck, browned and drained
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes & green chilies
  • 1 can
    pinto beans
  • 1 can
    great northern beans
  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn
  • 1 can
    crushed tomatoes, large
  • 1
    envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 bottle
    taco sauce, hot

How To Make taco soup

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low for at least one hour. Best if simmered 2-3 hours. To serve, line bowl with Fritos, add soup, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
