Ingredients For taco lasagna

3 lbground beef
-
2 pkgtaco seasning mix

4 clovegarlic..pressed

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 Tbspcornmeal
-
2 pkgcorn tortillas

1 jarsalsa
-
1 csliced green onions
-
16 ozsour cream mixed with 1 tblsp chili powder

3 cshredded monterey jack cheese

3 cshredded chedder cheese
How To Make taco lasagna

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees..cook beef until brown..drain well...add taco seasoning..garlic..cayenne pepper and water..

2Simmer uncovered for 10 min...set aside Sprinkle cornmeal on bottom of 9x13 pan....Place tortillas on bottom of pan overlapping and extend up the edges slightly..

3Layer in the following order:....1 cup salsa..1/2 meat mixture (about 2 cups)..1/2 cups green onions...1 cup sour cream mixture....2 cups combined cheeses...Repeat

4Place 6 tortillas and remaining salsa on top....Bake for 40 min...Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese...Bake an additional 10 min or until melted

5Let stand 10 minutes
