Ingredients For taco chicken

1 lb.chicken, boneless and skinless

1 sm. can oz8 oz. can tomato sauce
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 can14oz. chicken broth

1 cancorn, canned drained

1 1/2 cminute rice, uncooked

1 1/2 cmexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make taco chicken

1Cut chicken breasts into cubes, cook in electric skillet or fry pan until cooked

2Add chicken broth, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce, bring to a boil, add corn

3Bring back to a boil, add Minute Rice and cheese, mix well. Turn off and let stand until liquid is absorbed. Serve with salad for a main dish.

4You may also serve this as an appetizer with corn chips, salsa ans sour cream. Enjoy!
