I got this recipe from my sister years ago. It is much easier to eat than tacos, but you still get the same great taste! Spoon onto a plate and add your favorite toppings!

Ingredients For taco casserole

1 lbground beef

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 cancream style corn
-
1 canpinto beans (not drained)

1 pkgcorn chips

2 cshredded mild cheddar cheese
- SERVE WITH:

sour cream
-
taco sauce
-
shredded lettuce
-
chopped tomatoes
-
sliced black olives
How To Make taco casserole

1Brown meat and drain. Mix seasoning, corn, and beans w/liquid into meat. Crumble chips in bottom of dish. Pour meat mixture over chips and bake 20 min. at 350 degrees. Take out of oven, sprinkle cheese over top and heat just until cheese melts.
