This was given to me by neighbor who lived across the street from me in my first home. She was a wonderful cook. Always made recipes that were delicious, but very easy.

Ingredients For sour cream enchilidas

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 or 2 small peeled green chili's
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 12 corn tortillas

How To Make sour cream enchilidas

  • 1
    Combine ingredients for sauce and heat until smooth.

    Mix cheese and onion together.
  • 3
    Dip tortillas in oil to soften.
  • 4
    Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. cheese and onion across center of tortillas.

    Add 1 Tbsp. sauce and roll cigarette style.

    Place in baking dish. Pour rest of sauce over top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
