Ingredients For smoked cheddar & chili bison burger

1 lbground buffalo

2 ozsmoked cheddar diced into small pieces

1 candiced green chiles

1/4 cred onion diced very small

2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspblack pepper coarse ground

9 sliceavocado
-
3 slicesweet onion
-
6 slicetomato
-
6baby lettuce leaves
-
1 Tbsphorseradish mustard

3cibatta rolls
How To Make smoked cheddar & chili bison burger

1Mix all ingredients together cover with plastic wrap and set aside

2turn on broiler.

3make 3 patties out of buffalo mixture and place on broiler pan

4cook each side of the patties 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.

5Cut buns in half and toast.

6spread mustard on buns, place burger on bun, dress burger as you please. I use avocado, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce
