shayne's mexican style rice
(2 ratings)
This rice is full of flavor and very simple to make. My family & friends always ask me "Can you make your rice"? It makes me happy to know that many people look forward to my meals. I hope you all love it as much as they do. :) PS. Some of the ingredients listed can be found in the ethnic section of your local grocery store or any grocery store where latino products are sold. Note* To make a more authentic mexican rice add jalapeno peppers and or peas & carrots at step 4.
