- PICO DE GALLO INGREDIENTS

1 ctomato, seeded, chopped

1/2 czucchini, diced

1/4 cfresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

1/4 csalsa

1 Tbsplime juice
How To Make quick fajitas with pico de gallo

1Place beef steak in plastic bag; add marinade ingredients, turning to coat.

2Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 20-30 minutes, turning once.

3Meanwhile in medium bowl, combine Pico de Gallo ingredients; mix well.

4Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

5Place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2-3 inches from heat.

6Broil 9-12 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally.

7Trim fat from steak; carve crosswise into very thin slices.

8Serve beef in tortillas with Pico de Gallo.
