Home alone one day and received an invite for dinner at Tom & Kaye Paluch's. Tom served up this casserole and it was delicious. I hounded them for the recipe and made it this week! Dave & Will loved it too. Easy, quick & delicious.

Ingredients For quesadilla casserole

1 1/4ground beef scrambled

1 can4oz. green chili's undrained

1 can15oz. tomato sauce
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 can8oz. corn or creamed corn
-
1 can14oz. black beans, drained & rinsed.

6 sm8" tortillas
-
3 cmexican blend shredded cheese
-
1 tspcumin
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/2 tsporegano
-
1 tspgarlic, minced
How To Make quesadilla casserole

1Scramble meat & onion until cooked. Add all other ingred. & spices except tortilla's & cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low for 5-10 min. Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Layer burger mix, 3 tortilla's, cheese. Repeat.

2Cook for 15- 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
