How To Make nacho's texas style
-
1Brown ground beef, onion, and jalapeno. Drain grease in a colander.
-
2Return to pan.Add garlic, cumin, chili powder,s&p. Heat on low,and stir in spices. Now you have taco meat by the way.No need for the package taco seasoning. This is much better.
-
3Add Rotel tomatoes, and the Velveeta cheese(cubed).Continue stirring till cheese is melted. If it is to thick, thin with milk.
-
4When done pour over chips. Also good in Oodles of noodles for kids lunch.I always make fresh guacamole, and pico de gallo to go with it.
