Ingredients For mexican pizza

1/2 lbground beef

1/2 smonion, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp(heaping tablespoon) chili powder

1 1/2 tspcumin
-
1 tsppaprika
-
1(15 oz) can refried beans
-
4(9-inch) flour tortillas
-
1/2 cchunky salsa, or your favorite
-
green onions, sliced
-
tomatoes, diced
-
black olives, sliced
-
1 ccheddar cheese, grated
How To Make mexican pizza

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Brown beef, onions and garlic in skillet over medium heat; drain off grease and add salt and pepper to taste.

3Combine chili powder, cumin and paprika; stir into meat mixture.

4Place 1 flour tortilla in the bottom of 2 pie plates; spread refried beans onto each tortilla; top each with 1/2 of the meat mixture and then place another tortilla on each. Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

5Remove from oven and top each pizza with 1/2 of the salsa. Garnish with green onions, olives and tomatoes; top each with 1/2 of the shredded cheese.

6Return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted; cool slightly. Slice each pizza into quarters and serve.
